Do you still detail during winter?
Winter in Chicago can get pretty rough as we all know. Sometimes it can drop below 0 degrees and at that point, there’s not much anyone can do with that weather. However, if weather permits and you have a car garage (or if you can drop it off with me), then yes, we detail during the winter.
What areas of Chicago do you serve?
Since we offer mobile detailing services, we can go to where you are. Some of our most popular locations that we service are Glenview, Northbook, Wilmette and Winnetka. But we’re not just restricted to those areas. We can also go to Highland park, Downtown, Lake Forest, and more!
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or cards (no checks please). Most customers pay by card. And we accept payment at the end of the detail once you’re happy with the results.
Are you by appointment only?
Yes, for the most part, we’re by appointment only. Depending on the time of year, we might be booked out a week in advance or longer. But there are times, based on what you need done, that we can get you in much sooner than that. Give us a call so we can find out what you’re looking to get done.
How much are your detailing services?
The price ranges based on the service, size of your vehicle, and the condition that it’s in. Even if there’s two cars that are the same year, make, and model, they can both have completely different price points based on the level of work that’s needed.
What brands do you use?
We use a variety of brands for the different services that we offer. Over the years, we’ve found different products that deliver us the results we need. We don’t just use one brand throughout our entire operations. We’ll use what we find works best. Some of those brands are Shine Supply, Rupes, Oberk, Adam’s Polishes, and a lot more.
Do I have to be present for my detail appointment?
No, you don’t have to be there. We can work with you to fit your schedule. You can either leave the keys for us and we’ll grab them and get started on the vehicle. Or if you want to be there for the beginning of the detail and then leave us there, that also works. We can also send you an online invoice for you to pay without being there if that makes it more convenient for you.
